Whether you're part of the "great resignation," searching for more
You're curious about dipping your feet in the water to try a little "side hustle"
Or maybe you're looking for deeper ways to serve families where they are
You've always wanted to make a difference in the very early stages of a child's development, especially when it comes to helping parents and caregivers in your community.
Supporting families by helping their children functionally participate in everyday life is of the utmost importance to you, but you also want flexibility in your schedule, and to be able to help support your family.
You value relationships, family-centered community-based interventions, connection, and play-based learning.
Are you ready to reduce the "red tape" overwhelm that's getting in your way of serving new families?
You can guide and support caregivers and their tiny humans as an educator, using the resources inside the Expand Your Impact Workshop Bundle.
As an educator working with infant/toddler families, you already know that to truly impact early development... you must facilitate the connection between caregiver and child.
Your community needs you. And there are so many more ways you could be serving them than in the capacity you were "trained for," creating impact both for families, as well as on your own bottom line.
The Expand Your Impact Workshop Bundle is designed to give you the training, resources, and confidence designed to allow you to support the whole family unit, right now!
My clients are taking imperfect action toward their dreams of creating lasting impact on their lives and communities. This workshop bundle will show you exactly what they are doing that's working NOW.

Hear from other successful practitioners who're expanding their impact
I'm a pediatric speech-language pathologist & parent educator, and I've been running "caregiver & me" classes using the Learn With Less® infant and toddler curriculum since 2014. I've served thousands of families all over the world, both virtually & in person, helping new families feel confident they can support and connect with their babies & toddlers, without having to buy a single toy.
Since early 2020, I've helped dozens of educators & therapists do the same by creating lasting impact leading, marketing, and filling "caregiver & child" classes to supplement their income, and to provide education & support families in their communities.

"Where I am today is living the dream I had for myself."
"When I decided to be a speech-language pathologist… I had this dream: I had a vision of, one day, I’m going to have my own private practice. And one day, I’m going to be leading family enrichment classes. That’s what I want to be doing with my time.
Where I am today is living the dream I had for myself ... but the reality of that dream is, it’s actually better.”

Don't be fooled by the wildly low price of this high-impact workshop bundle: we bring impactful strategies and tools -- as well as a strong representation of our company values -- to everything we do.
Here at Learn With Less®, we are a values-based company. To us, that means that we prioritize and make decisions based on the values we hold. We hope that learning more about these values (and how they show up in our company) will give you a good sense of what to expect!
As professionals, we know that everyday materials & routines hold the utmost developmental value. We always encourage you to use what you already have – you don’t have to go buying MORE stuff, and to remember: you already have everything you need! Play and interaction do not require expensive toys or lots of time.
Communal learning (facilitation vs hierarchical learning) – we value the idea of learning together and alongside one another, and communal support (we’re here for each other, even when we don’t have the same professional backgrounds, hold the same social identities, or parent in “the same” way).
Respect and acceptance of diverse thought & practice are valued; we want to help our audience with access (you don’t have to have oodles of supplies to support families or your baby, we provide access to information through our podcast, books, & programs); we honor, create & uphold space for those holding a diversity of social identities.
The power of knowledge and shared learning: once you know that what you’re doing is supportive of a young child, you’re motivated to keep doing it! You'll be participating in the educational information we'll be sharing at our retreat - but also co-creating it, at times!
We define playfulness in terms of exploration, musicality, love: play with your baby, play with your style, play with materials, play in a group with others, play with me!
