Does this sound like you?
🤚🏽 You have a professional/educational background in a field related to early child development (e.g., speech-language pathology, early childhood education, social work, occupational therapy, etc.)
🤚🏾 You want to empower families to support and connect with their young children, and you want to build access to education for ALL families by facilitating a message through play, inclusivity, respect, and connection
🤚🏼 You have a strong desire to bring a message of simplicity, support, and resiliency to families: that we already have everything we need to do the big job of parenting tiny humans
🤚🏿 You want to combat the message the baby industry sends families (that they need to buy more and be more)…
🤚🏻 You have an entrepreneurial spirit! You’re looking for the guidance and structure you need so that you can build what you know people want… but you don’t want to reinvent the wheel!
🤱🏻 Whether you’re a new parent yourself, looking for extra income and a way to share your professional knowledge (as I was)
🙋🏽♂️ Whether you’re considering dipping your foot in the water and starting your own thing (private practice, your own small business)…
🙆🏼♀️ Or whether you’re looking to expand your offerings within an existing practice…
If you have a professional/educational background in a field related to early child development & have:
🔑… considered working as a parent educator to lay the foundation for families about play and early learning
📈… wanted to help parents learn to let their infants and toddlers explore, experiment, fail, and persist
🔎… had the desire to combat pushback from caregivers who are afraid to let their kids really explore, because they don’t want things to get messy – figuratively or literally
🚼… hoped to encourage and help parents understand their young children and the stages they go through
💸… And wanted to get PAID to do it
If you’ve ever considered leading parent education classes to:
Promote parent education about play and development
Facilitate opportunities for early parent support
Establish yourself as a resource and leader in your local community
Earn an income (to diversify your current offerings and practice, to supplement your maternity/paternity leave)
Create a steady stream of clients for your other services
I know it can feel overwhelming to turn your professional knowledge in a new direction. Especially when there’s so much to consider…
- The content itself: creating evidence-based resources that are also parent-friendly and can be used with a diverse set of families
- Maximizing parent engagement: ensuring you can get families to try new things, even if they’ve been hesitant to do so in the past
- Feeling confident in yourself: getting past imposter syndrome and sharing information without sounding judgy, bossy, or preachy
- Leading groups of culturally and linguistically diverse families: how to keep it simple and create a safe space for families from a variety of backgrounds, where parents can grow and be open to many ideas and perspectives
- Marketing yourself: coming up with a clear plan to showcase your skill set & qualifications
- Sorting through logistics: figuring out what to present, how much to charge, how to promote, and how long to make your workshops
But as an educator working with infant/toddler families, you already know…
that to truly impact early development…
you must help facilitate the connection between caregiver and child.
💡 And if you have a professional or educational background in a field related to early child development…
… then you already know that families don’t need to invest in fancy toys or prepare ornate activities to support their young child’s development
👥 You know that infants and toddlers need stimulation and interaction
📦 And you know that there’s developmental value in the Tupperware and old boxes laying around the home
I’m looking for a group of highly qualified facilitators that I can send out into the world with this program.
I’ve built an entire brand (Learn With Less®), written two bestselling books, and host and a popular podcast around helping families build the confidence to raise great humans from day one – without having to buy a single toy.
But now I want to share the curriculum with you and your local community. Creating opportunities for like-minded educators who want to support themselves in new ways is a dream I’ve had since the inception of my company.
And it is my deepest, dearest mission to help ALL parents feel empowered with the message that they are and have enough.
If you’re ready to:
⚙️ … help parents see that they can use what they have – instead of listening to the baby industry trying to convince them their children need special toys to develop…
🛠 … discover how to convey to parents that THEY are the agents of change in their household – even if they consider you to be the all-knowing being that is there to “fix” their child…
🤜🏽 … guide and support parents and their babies and toddlers (of all developmental levels) through developmentally enriching classes…
👀👣 Then come take part in a new way to help families support and connect with their infants and toddlers – while supporting yourself
The Learn With Less® Facilitator Training & Certification Program Is Now Open For Enrollment

“My entire team of SLPs were incredibly impressed by the thoughtful work Ayelet put into each [lesson of the] Learn with Less® Curriculum. She couples in-depth, very age specific research with a fun framework for children to absorb language.”
“I had done a lot of research over the past few years on different types of parent and me classes. This program really incorporates all the approaches that speak to me, without being ‘a parenting philosophy.’
It’s something that, no matter the type of parenting that you personally choose, this speaks to everybody.
I’m not strict on any approach, it’s what works for their child, for my child. But when it comes to the interactions you have, you really don’t need any stuff, it’s about the quality of your interactions. That’s why this program really spoke to me.”
“Learn With Less® harnesses the power of play, music, movement, and language, and uses what you have to empower families’ confidence in their ability to connect with their children.”
Before
You’ve thought about leading parent education “mommy & me” style classes… but you don’t know where to start
Parents rely on you as an educator or therapist to “fix” or “educate their child” for them
Many kids slip through the cracks because they don’t qualify for early intervention services
Most parents are thinking about what they need to buy to help their child learn & develop
After
You have a framework, training program, and support network to guide you – while you earn or supplement your income!
You can effectively engage parents to be the agents of change and their child’s first teacher
You have a clear path to support all families, regardless of their child’s developmental level
You can help families identify how to support development without needing specific toys
Who Benefits From This Program?

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the deadline to join this cohort of Facilitators?
The deadline is Wednesday July 22, at 11:59pm. We’ll be kicking off the start of the training on July 27, and I need all facilitators in training to be fully onboarded and ready to go, which is why we have the deadline.
Can I Wait to Buy?
Yes, I will be opening up the program again in a few months to another round of facilitators, but I can’t guarantee it will be at this price or with this level of support.
What's the format?
The training program is dripped out one module at a time for the next 6 weeks, so that you can consume the information at your leisure. It’s completely virtual, so you can access it from anywhere through our private course platform – as long as you have an internet connection!
While you are going through the training program, and after you’ve earned your certification as a licensed facilitator, there are monthly Q&A calls you’re invited attend (or watch the replay at your convenience).
As a fully licensed facilitator (once you’ve obtained your certification), you’ll be able to share strategies that are working, challenges you’re having, and any burning questions with a private group of Licensees, and continue to benefit from regular support and strategy calls.
There are videos, templates, checklists, and additional resources listed. We have guest speakers to deepen and broaden the scope of the content, and you always have access to our private community, where you’ll find a high level of support, community, and accountability.
How is this different from, say, the Hanen trainings for speech-language pathologists or a developmentally based music class?
Look, there are plenty of professional certifications or continuing education courses for professionals like yourselves, and these can charge at least the same amount, or more. Many licensing programs also charge their licensees a royalty payment for each family they serve.
This is a program that provides many benefits for facilitators or the institutions they represent:
- It’s an enrichment program connecting play, language, music, and movement to all developmental domains
- It integrates a realistic approach to supporting early development that accommodates a busy lifestyle and that can fit into different cultures, parenting philosophies, and socio-economic status
- It’s language-focused program developed by a pediatric speech-language pathologist, but that can be delivered by professionals and educators of all kinds
- It’s a dynamic program serving families with children from birth to 3 years
For families, the benefits include things like:
- They get to take part in a fun, enriching experience to support connection, and that feels meaningful to families with infants and toddlers
- It’s a warm, engaging atmosphere for both caregiver and child
- It’s a focused learning and social opportunity for caregiver and child
- It’s a simple way to integrate learning and connect with others in one’s local community
Not only can the Learn With Less Training & Certification Program provide you and your community with all of these things, it can also provide you with an actual ADDITIONAL source of income.
It allows you to serve existing clients in a new (much needed – and proactive / preventative vs. remediatory capacity!
It helps to establish you as a leader in your community
And it create a continuous flow of patients or clients you can serve down the line, or create word-of-mouth in your community about other services you might provide.
What's the budget, and are there other costs?
Currently, the investment in the program is a one-time payment of $2,000 or 4 monthly payments of $600. This gives you access to the entire training program and licensed materials for 12 months.
You get to decide at the end of that year whether you’d like to continue on with the support and access thereafter, at a renegotiated fee that will never be more than you paid initially for the training and certification. In many cases, it will be less, but that will depend on specific, individualized circumstances.
As far as additional costs, no – there are no additional materials you would need to purchase to lead your classes, themselves, because the entire program is built upon the Learn With Less philosophy of using what you already have on hand.
So you might save a few extra coupon mailers or empty paper rolls, but you’re not going to have to make a big Amazon wishlist for materials you’ll want or need to buy for your classes.
Who is this NOT for?
This is a great opportunity for any therapist, or educator with a professional or educational background in early child development.
Learn With Less Facilitators must want to empower families with young children, and want to build access to education for all families, by facilitating a message through play and connection. You must believe in the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
You must have a strong desire to bring a message of simplicity, support, and resiliency to families: that we already have everything we need to do the big job of parenting tiny humans.
You must want to combat the message the baby industry sends families (that they need to buy more and be more)…
You must have an entrepreneurial spirit! You’re looking for the guidance and structure you need so that you can build what you know people want… but you don’t want to reinvent the wheel!
What if I can't make any live events?
The training videos are prerecorded, and all Q&A questions can be pre-submitted, so that if you have questions, you don’t need to be present on these calls to get them answered.
That means that it doesn’t matter what time zone you’re in. You can participate from anywhere in the world and bring this program to your community.
What if I'm not ready to start right now?
You can take all the time you need to go through this training. It’s released module by module on a weekly basis over the next 6 week period, but you don’t have to complete the coursework “on time.” You can run through the coursework live with this cohort, or do it at your own pace.
There is no “due date,” and the only homework is to participate and complete the trainings (which tend to run about an hour long) watch past Q&A sessions which may clarify and deepen your understanding further, and then complete your demo class so you can schedule your critique call with me and obtain your certification.
This is the lowest price you’ll ever see this program offered, and I can’t guarantee that it will have the same level of mentorship and access to me the next time I offer this program.
Hi, I’m Ayelet Marinovich, M.A., CCC-SLP!
I’m an imperfect mother of two tiny dragons humans, a pediatric speech-language pathologist, and a parent educator.
I was 10 weeks pregnant with my first baby when my husband and I moved across the world.
Surrounded by new people, customs, systems, and struck by the newness of the journey toward parenthood, I was focused on creating connections.
Learn With Less® was created out of my desire to combine my own developmental knowledge, that of my friends and colleagues in early learning, a ton of developmental research, and information and experiences I was integrating as a mother along the way.
I was able to lay the foundation for families all around me about play and early learning, I got to encourage and help parents understand their young children and the stages they go through, and I found out how to distill information that was pertinent to me and to the other caregivers around me – all while helping my own family financially.
I can’t wait to see what you create in your community using this program!
